Greenhaugh Hiawatha
Phil Morris House | Doctor's Surgery Following its
closure as a surgery jumble sales were sometimes held within the downstairs rooms. The
house was demolished around 1970 when St. Nicholas Lane was being realigned. A single storey
building was consructed in the early 1970s on the site of Hiawatha. This was later occupied
by Swan Housing Association who vacated in the late 2000s. The building is currently empty and planning
applications have been submitted for its demolition and replacement with residential housing. The access road was later named
Morris Court which leads on to a residential development. | Dr. E. Henderson Dr. Samuel Long Dr. John Garson |
