Other points of interest:

1) Almada Avenue would appear to be a misspelling that was never corrected. It should have been Armada Avenue in keeping with the Francis Drake themed roads within the area. In the 1990s as part of the regeneration of the nearby Five Links estate houses were given the address Armada Close.
