The Long Riding was a public house located at 301 Long Riding in the Barstable West area of Basildon.

It first opened its doors in 1959. Ind Coope were the brewery company providing the beer.

The first publicans were husband and wife Stanley and Margaret Green.

It closed in 2013 and was converted for use as a religious centre.
