Other points of interest:

1) Timberlog Lane is now Clay Hill Road when in the 1960s the latter took over the names of Bull Road and a section of the former between the Vange railway bridge and High Road junction with the former A13.

2) Kent View Road no longer has a road junction off High Road having lost its junction around the late 1950s when Byfletts (in its original form) was completed.

3) Woodview Road no longer exists having been built over during the creation of a Basildon Development Corporation housing estate. Its former junction with High Road became firstly Byfletts and later around 1972 Grapnells, which it remains today.
